3 Resolutions everyone should make for 2017

Happy new year to every one. May the year ahead bring you good luck, happiness and prosperity in abundance. Wish  you all a happy new year 2017. We are all used to receiving and sending out greetings like the one above every year on JAN 1. Year after year the greetings are sent and exchanged between all friends colleagues near and far. Some times the greeting are exchanged with friends whom we probably chat only on jan 1 and then its bye bye until next Jan 1.

Here are 3 resolutions every one should make this New year of 2017.

  1. Connect with your circle: Connect with your circle of friends. Everyone on your friends list on Facebook , what app isn’t your friend. They are collegues. Figure out your circle of friends, they will stand by you. Reach out to people whom you feel can be your close friends. Call and not text. Giving them a call for New years will help you chat bond and stand out among the hordes of greetings being sent out. Make sure your circle is small and is only friends whom you connect with often and will commit to speak and stay in touch trough out the year and build a strong iron friendship.

  2. EAT SLEEP & EXERCISE: Eat well. After all your health is the most important thing which is usually always not looked after. Drink enough water, eat your favourite food. Eat enough. Sleep well, don’t miss out of Sleep. After all sleep relaxes your body and mind, this will improve productivity which will result in happiness of mind and self. Exercise regularly. If you tend to work out like ARNOLD just on Jan 1 then its no point. Follow a regular, relaxed work out schedule that keeps you in the mood. As the year passes by you can always make the exercise regime intense as you see major results.

  3. MEDITATE / PRAY: Meditate or pray everyday! Even if its for 10 minutes meditate or pray. If you choose to pray, just be thankful! meditation will help you connect with your inner self and this will make you feel thankful for everything you enjoy in life- air you breathe, the wind that caress your body, the warmth from the sun and the chill of the moon light. Pray be humble and live life to the fullest. After all prayer is where we talk to god and Meditation is when god talks back to us.
